This company is one of the best I have ever dealt with period. The staff who answer the phone are really friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I own two condo units that are rented out. I have very little disposable income to cover expenses and when I have called them they have let me know what the options are and the cost and helped me save money. They come as quickly as they can. They have fixed a problem that was not properly fixed by other people. They also explain the problem and solution to both me and my tenants so we know for the future how to avoid any problems a second time. I will only use them for plumbing, heating, and AC.

I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how much I appreciated doing business with your company.

Prior to having the good fortune of connecting with your company (heard an advertisement on the radio), I had dealt with another company – one I chose from the Yellow Pages. They had an impressive two-page ad. I am a widow, so a lot of these experiences are new to me, but I think I now understand how they can afford that kind of advertising. Their fee quote was triple yours! I was astonished to learn there could be such a difference in rates. I thought they would all be relatively comparable – lesson learned! Not only was I absolutely shocked about the price difference, I was bitterly disappointed in their service. Their technician was late, and from the first meeting, he did not instill a great deal of confidence that he would do a proper job. He then said he would return in two days to do the work, but he never showed up, and when I placed a call to determine whether he was going to be able to come, the person answering the call was not only unhelpful, he was actually rude.

On the other hand, my initial call to your company left me immediately feeling a hundred times better. Apparently, first impressions are important! For one thing, I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a call center. My call was answered by someone who was very pleasant and efficient. The gentleman who booked the appointment was also extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, most helpful and, for some reason, just left me feeling confident that I could trust your company and that the work would be done well, and it was. The technicians were courteous and respectful. The work was done in a very efficient and professional manner, and the cost was more than fair. I feel very fortunate to have found your company and will continue to use your services in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone else looking for a competent plumbing company with reasonable rates.

Now That is What I Call First Rate Service!

I remember the days when service was number one in a business’s eyes to build customer relations. I just want to mention and pass on that I found that with Amyotte’s Plumbing & Heating. Hot water replacement was required. The service man called after 4 PM, mentioning he had been tied up with emergency calls, and I kind of expected him after lunch. Well, around 7 PM Amyotte’s service man arrived with a smile, and I witnessed years of unseen dedication and expertise as Amyotte’s man got to work. Within 2 hours, the task was completed with exceptional workmanship. Amyotte’s Plumbing & Heating is very lucky to have a dedicated tradesman of Luke’s caliber and expertise, but not forgetting the most valuable asset, people skills and personality.
